Francis Cardinal George, O.M.I.
invites you to the
Archdiocesan Celebration of Consecrated Life

The Diverse Face of Consecrated Life in the Archdiocese of Chicago-
All One in the Heart of God

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2014
1:30-5:30 P.M.
(ARRIVAL 1:00 P.M. – MASS 5:30 P.M.)

As we gather to celebrate God’s call to consecrated life, we honor the multifaceted ways the Holy Spirit calls us forth to announce the Good News to all people. Pope Francis reminds us "the Holy Spirit enriches the Church with different charisms. These gifts are meant to renew and build up the Church… to be integrated harmoniously into the life of God's holy and faithful people for the good of all.”(Evangelii Gaudium, 130) Please join us as we encounter and celebrate the diversity of gifts and charisms among us. We will participate in creative and interactive dialogue that will encourage us to live the joy of the Gospel and to continue to turn hearts and lives to Christ.

Please contribute to A Celebration of Charisms: Gifts of the Spirit for the Church and the People of God by sending the following to conslife2014@gmail.com
by January 17, 2014.

  • A brief description of your congregation's particular charism in 25 words or less
