Must have excellent knowledge of state and federal employment regulations, a BA or BS in HR or a related business discipline and a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR generalist in a mid to large-size organization. Graduate degree, PHR or SPHR and familiarity with the Catholic Church, its culture and parish structures are strongly preferred. |

Description: |
Human Resources Field Rep to serve as a resource for employees and provide guidance to pastors, principals and administrators in the areas of policy interpretation and administration, employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, staff reductions, discipline and termination, and other human resource issues in an assigned region. |
