Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Office. Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills. Self starter, ability to prioritize and work accurately and precisely under deadlines. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for various Major Donor/Cardinal events.
Description: Create Annual Catholic Appeal reports through Portfolio (fund raising software) and Excel. Utilize existing preprogrammed reports as well as create ad hoc reports at the direction of the Director of Development Services. Maintain new and existing Appeal donor records in Portfolio. Post all major donor pledges and gifts to Portfolio and prepare deposits for same. Provide assistance and problem solving in Donor Relations via phone, website, and email.
