Requirements: |
High School Diploma. Four years of secretarial experience. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher programs. Demonstrates organizational skills, written and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality on all information and persons in the course of work performed; ability to work collaboratively with others. Approaches work in a professional manner; willing to share ideas and take initiative. Ability to multi-task in a high volume, multi-faceted environment. Commitment to justice for all young people in society, respect for the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church and commitment to achieving the goals of OPCY. |

Description: |
A Secretary in the Office for the Protection of Children and Youth provides clerical support for the professional staff in OPCY and collaborates with other support staff members in the office to complete projects and tasks necessary to achieve the goals of the office. |
