Description:
The Director of Stewardship will fulfill a new position that holds up the Gospel mandate of Stewardship across all the ministries of our Parish. The Director will work in tandum with our Director of Mission Advancement who oversees the Parish Mission as ministered by our Preparatory School. The Director will oversee our sponsorship solicitation across all our fund-raisers, will help in the planning, evaluation and execution of all our fundraising efforts in our Parish and her ministries, will help us build relationships with our existing and future parishioners and donors, will help in the follow-up work of our $4.5 Capital Campaign, will help teach new and existing parishioners about the beauty of the Gospel value of stewardship, and will help guide estate planning across the parish. Requirements:
Two to six years experience in Catholic fund-raising, sponsorship development, relationship building, offertory appeal increase planning and competencies with working on a development team in the midst of a large parish.
