Description:
Assures the proper and optimal functioning of the building. Performs some landscaping activities, maintenance of sidewalks, parking areas, and some snow removal. Dusts, empties trash, washes walls, windows, and doors, sets up for activities. Changes light-bulbs, cleans light fixtures and sky lights. Cleans and maintains meeting rooms, classrooms. Cleans, sanitizes and deodorizes restrooms, kitchens and other common areas. Maintains equipment. Reports safety issues and needed repair of equipment, furnishings, fixtures, building and site.
Requirements:
Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to communicate in English. Ability to work cooperatively and willingness to accept instructions and training. Ability to lift 75 pounds and climb to high places.
