Description:

Basic job function: Tracks parishioner donations, oversees and responsible for all related correspondence. Maintains parish database, and data entry. Expand parish wide stewardship and Internet public relations. Answers phones and schedules appointments. Assist with general office duties including scheduling of masses. Stewardship Duties and Responsibilities 1. Record keeping of all parishioner donations; 2. Maintains parish database in regards to donations; 3. Stewardship – Development – Marketing; Other Duties and Responsibilities 4. Provide general office and administrative assistance as required.

Requirements:

Education Required: High school graduate, GED or equivalent. Education Preferred: College degree or some college and administrative training. Experience Preferred: 3-5 years administrative experience. Computer and technical skills. Bilingual in either Spanish or Polish preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential Skills Required: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and some basic knowledge of Constant Contact or other web based communication, and other general office skills. Other Required: Availability to work extra hours as needed, specifically, in the evenings as directed. Ability to work independently.
