P.A.A.C. is a grass roots organization founded in 1983, dedicated to pastoral ministry within the Archdiocese of Chicago, and committed to an inclusive model that seeks collaboration and mutuality in mission and ministry.
P.A.A.C. is governed by a Board which consists of officers and pastoral associate representatives from each vicariate.

Members of P.A.A.C. hold seats on the Pastoral Associate Certification Commission.
