Welcome to Justice Education web site!
My name is Thomas M. Howard. In January of 2011, I joined the Office of Peace and Justice. Before joining I served as the Vicariate IV Youth Ministry Coordinator for four years. Prior to joining the Archdiocese in 2007 I served as Executive Director of Life Directions, a not-for-profit organization serving Chicago’s at-risk youth for sixteen years.
