Operational Opportunities

 

The Operations Director serves as the chief of staff for the pastor and takes a senior leadership role in the administrative function of the parish. The Operations Director’s focus is on assisting the pastor (and principal, if applicable) with the stewardship of financial, physical, and human resources of the parish.

The primary responsibilities of the Operations Director encompass financial management, facilities management, human resources management, project management, and school support (where applicable) – all of which are managed in accordance with the policies, procedures and best practices of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
