Description:

Holy Family, Inverness is an innovative Catholic community of 4,000+ families. We are seeking creative, self-motivated candidates, aligned with Vatican II and the preaching of Pope Francis for a full-time position in Youth Ministry beginning immediately. This person will be responsible for maintaining an already well-established ministry currently serving 400 teens and their families. Demonstrated experience and skills in leadership, organizational development, collaborative ministry, public communication, current technology and social media is essential. Specific responsibilities include designing, directing and evaluating retreats for Jr. and Sr. high students, monthly service and social events, a Peer Ministry Program and assisting with Confirmation preparation. Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Theology , Youth Ministry, Pastoral Studies, Religious Education, or a related field is preferred. The candidate should possess a passion for working with, teens and families and a gift for connecting them to their faith in engaging ways. The ability to work collaboratively as part of several teams as a member and often as a leader is essential. He/She should be comfortable facilitating large and small groups and be an effective communicator in both one-on-one and group settings.
