Description:
The Director of Stewardship will fulfill a new part-time position that holds up the Gospel mandate of Stewardship across all the ministries of the Parish. The Director will work in tandem with our Parish Development Committee who oversees the School’s Annual Fund Campaign, and assist other ministries with their fundraising needs. The Director will oversee our sponsorship solicitation across all our fund-raisers, will develop the planning, evaluation and execution of all our fundraising efforts in our Parish and the various ministries, will help us build relationships with our existing and future parishioners and donors, will be the Parish lead in the “To Teach Who Christ Is” Capital Campaign, will help teach new and existing parishioners about the beauty of the Gospel value of stewardship, and will develop and guide estate planning across the parish. Requirements:
One to three years experience in fund-raising, sponsorship development, relationship building, offertory appeal increase planning and competencies with working on a development team in the midst of a medium size parish. Experience with Blackbaud’s eTapestry would be a benefit.
