Description:
The Coordinator of the St. Kateri Tekawith Center is the day to day coordinator of the Catholic Center for Native American Catholics. Managing a small budget, the coordinator will oversee all income and expense, solicit grant money and donations from the Native American community, plan for Sunday and other liturgical celebrations, support the Leadership Circle, monitor the request and distribution of scholarships to Native American children in Catholic Schools, and support catechetical training for the children of the Native American faith community. Requirements:
Active Catholic, Familiar with Native American practice and spirituality, Eager to engage people on their journey of faith, able to write, solicit, and monitor 6-8 grants a year, support Sunday Masses 24 times a year, provide pastoral support to the Native American community, bachelors degree preferred.
