Description:
Successful candidate will work with a our Director of Maintenance to support a very large campus on the North Side. Candidate will work hand in hand with a team of porters and have a working knowledge of all our mechanical systems. Open to entry level positions, but some experience necessary. Salary based upon experience.
Requirements:
Full time position with HVAC knowledge and good understanding of HVAC systems. Able, also, to assist in some electrical and plumbing repairs. Bachelors or HVAC certification preferable.
